Meditation: Ask 4 What U Want ?


Before you start this meditations and you still feel like you have unfinished tasks, right them down on a peace of paper so you can fully focus on going deep in this gratitude meditation….
Sit comfortable and relax….Take several deep breaths, close your eyes. …feel yourself ready to go deep into this meditation……Now with every inhalation you can feel a white light coming in to your body and with every exhalation you can feel all thoughts in your head flouting away. If you feel there is a chatter in you mind, do not fight it and just give it to the light….. :
  1. inhale feel the light and expand your belly…..hold….exhale release all your thoughts…..
  2. 1 inhale and feel the ligt and expand your belly…..hold….exhale and release all the thoughts in your mind…..
  3. inhale and expand your belly…..hold….exhale…..
  4. inhale and expand your belly…..hold….exhale…..
  5. inhale and expand your belly…..hold….exhale….
You find your self standing at the top off a mountain…………..the view is amazing………….you can feel the wind blowing in your face………………enjoy this moment………
Suddenly you notice you are not standing on the ground anymore…………………….you are flying…………….you decide to fly over the valley………………………..everything looks so small from high in the sky…………………..enjoy the view…………..
Now you are flying over the sea…………….. there is beautiful sunset…………………..you feel powerfull, energized and so good like you never felt before………………….enjoy this moment……………………
You see there is a thunderstorm coming in the distance……………… you decide to go to fly to your chalet in the mountains…………………….to shelter there for a moment………………………..
You are flying over a beautiful green valley following the river that takes you to the mountains……………….there it is…………………….you fly down…………….
The thunderstorm is coming closer and closer and it starts to rain…………………..you run to the chalet……………..open the door……………….the fire is still burning it is warm and hot inside………it gives you a safe feeling………………..
You lay down in your favorite couch next to the fireplace………………………………and slowly start falling a sleep………………………
In your dreams your see your guardian angel or spirit guide…………and he has a special message for you……………………………..…….. …………
Your angel asks you:……………………What do you want in your life? ……………take a moment to answer this………………………What are your dreams?……………… think about this…………………………. What kind off lifestyle do you want?…………………………………..What kind off people do you want in your life??……………………………..
Your angel assures you that this is all possible for you…………………believe it is possible…………………see it……………and take action upon those goals………………..
And he tells you that everyday you can ask for whatever you want……..be specific……………so that the universe will work for you…………… gives you a hug and tells you that he is always with you wherever you go………….that you can feel safe …………thank your angel…………………….
Slowely you are waking up…………………….the storm has stopped…………………………you decide to go back…………………..
Slowely feel your breath taking you back…………………………
  1. ……….Remember that you can ask for whatever you want in your life………………
  2. .…..….Be specific…………
  3. ………Slowely move your fingers and thougs
  4. ………Slowely move you legs and arms
  5. ………Open your eyes…………….
Take a moment to enjoy the feeling and then right down the message the angel had for you………………..then right down all the things you wanted in your life……………take 5 minutes to do this……………..

Then right down what action can you take today toward your goals……………………….
