Meditation: Happiness of Gratitude

This meditation will take you on an imaginary trip that will relax you and bring more happiness and gratitude in your life.

Sit or lay down comfortable and relax…….And when you feel you’re ready close your eyes. …………….Breathe in true your nose very deep into your tummy and breathe out trough your mouth very fully…………… Feel your body relaxing with every breathe y take ………………………… Breathe in deeply breathe out fully…………….
Take several deep breaths, ………………..feel yourself ready to go deep into this meditation……
Visualize a white light coming in to your center of your body with every inhalation you take, and with every exhalation you can feel all thoughts in your head flouting away……………………… If you feel there is chatter in your mind, do not fight it and let the white light take it away….. :

Inhale the light and see it expanding in your belly……………………… And exhale and release all your thoughts……………….

Keep inhaling the white light and exhaling your thoughts……………….. See the white light expanding in your whole body……………………… This white light helps you to feel relaxed and peaceful……………… And it helps you take away all your mental chatter.
See now a green light coming out the earth…… this green light is a healing light which helps you to heal and cleanse al the emotional and physical dirt from your body…………. See this green light moving up trough your feet….., knees….., legs….., torso…., arms……… and see your heart filling up with this green light……… Your heart is expanding and radiating with love, you feel loved and complete………… See and feel the green light now moving up to your trout …..neck…. until the top of your head….your whole body is filed with the peaceful green light……… You feel yourself so relaxed and loved like you never felt before……. You enjoy this feeling of relaxations on every level of your mind and body ……………………………….and your ready for an exciting journey
See yourself standing in front of a large wooden door above this door you see the name “My secret gratitude garden” It is a magical door…………. You’re very curious what is behind the door and you decide to open it and walk through it.…..(open door)
There is a large golden stair going up with a beautiful golden light coming from above this staircase……….…You are going up to this beautiful golden light and you see the golden light coming closer and closer……….….You are walking through this golden light this lights feel radiant and you feel a very nice sensation going through your body………….. When you past the golden light you cannot believe your eyes……(garden sound)……your see the most beautiful garden you could ever imagine………It feels very magical …….it is full of beautiful flowers all different colors with big fairytale trees ………….…..See a path which you are going to follow when you walk further (walk) on the path you see beautiful statues of angels it looks like they are greeting you…….. You feel so welcomed in this garden and now you are feeling this is your garden especially made for you……. You arrive now in the middle of you garden. Here you see a river……(river sound)….. You see a nice grassy spot next to this river and decide to go lay there…… This is a fantastic view……you feel so peaceful and loved. ……..when you lay down, you feel so grateful about all the simple things in your life…………you feel so thankful for all the people in your life who support and help you…………the people who love you………….and feel good about yourself, because you are a unique and special..………..you are so thankful that you are alive and have so many possibilities in your life………………..Take 1 minute to feel things you are gratefull for…………………………………………………………………………….

Now you are flying over the sea…………….. there is beautiful sunset…………………..you feel powerfull, energized and so good like you never felt before………………….enjoy this moment……………………
You see there is a thunderstorm coming in the distance……………… you decide to go to fly to your chalet in the mountains…………………….to shelter there for a moment………………………..
You are flying over a beautiful green valley following the river that takes you to the mountains……………….there it is…………………….you fly down…………….
The thunderstorm is coming closer and closer and it starts to rain…………………..you run to the chalet……………..open the door……………….the fire is still burning it is warm and hot inside………it gives you a safe feeling………………..
You lay down in your favorite couch next to the fireplace………………………………and slowly start falling a sleep………………………
In your dreams your see your guardian angel or spirit guide…………and he has a special message for you……………………………..…….. …………

Now one off the dolphins is taking you deep in the water………………you notice that you can breath under the water…………….so you hang on to them……………………….under the water you see some off the most beautiful corals …………..colorful schools off fishes…………..you see turtles……….……….it is so beautiful you enjoy every minute of it………
The dolphins are taking you deeper and deeper………….you see a shape you recognize……..it looks like a pirate ship……………..it is a pirate ship…………it is hug beautiful ship
The dolphins are taking you to the ship………….you decide to take a look for yourself in the ship…………….it is just like you always see it in the movies………….
You start searching into the ship……and you find a hug chest………you are curious and try to open the chest……………..you can’t believe your eyes the chest is full with diamonds………..gold……………pearls………
It is beautiful………..enjoy this moment…………you are rich!!……………now imagine what you can do with all this money…………..take 1 minute to do this…………
You decide to take the diamonds……….gold and pearls with you……..and ask the dolphins for help………….
The dolphins are taking you back to the beach……………….You feel tired and you lay down for one moment on the beach…………..and close your eyes…………….
Now remember……………you have this kind off opportunities every day in your life………………….there is an ocean off wealth to take for everybody, there is now limit…………and there so many opportunities to find for everybody to become rich………………..the key to finding them is joy just like you had with the dolphins…………………..buy having daily joy in your life……….. Doors off opportunity open for you…………
Believe it………………see it……………visualize it…………………act on it and you will get it…………..
Feel grateful for all this opportunities you have…….for all the wealth that is possible for you……….

Meditation: Attract Your Soulmate


  1. Sit down comfortably, and close your eyes. Put your feet flat on the ground, and lay your hands on your legs, or next to you. Keep your back strait. Breathe in very deeply through your nose down in to your stomach, and then breathe out true your mouth. Feel yourself letting go. Breathe in deeply, and breathe out fully. Feel your body relaxing with every breath you take.
  2. Now focus your attention on your body. Begin with your feet. Feel the muscles in your toes and feet relaxing, feel your legs relaxing, your hips, torso, arms, neck and head. Stay aware of your breathing. Breathing in, and out very deeply.
  3. See a sparkle of white light in the centre of your body. As you breathe in, feel this light expanding instantly. Let your body fill with this pure, loving white light. The white light is growing bigger than your body, and your whole aura is filling with it.
  4. As you breathe out, exhale any tension and pain that you may feel in your body. Keep inhaling the light, and exhaling any tensions until you feel relaxed and calm.
  5. If you notice your mind beginning to drift or chatter, gently bring your attention back to your breathing.

See a control panel in front of you. On the control panel there are 5 different dials, each one has its own topic. The five different topics are prosperity, health, career, love, and psyche. The dial starts at 1 and goes up to 10. This panel is your energy and power of attraction, your capability of manifesting what you want………

At what number between 1 and 10 are the dials for prosperity, health, career, love and psyche at, at this moment in your life? Now, turns the dials all the way up to 10. Feel how your energy is increasing in all these aspects of your life….

See a circle off energy in front of you…………this circle is the portal to the universe………..now focus on sending every affirmation…..and everything you desire in your life through this portal”

Close your eyes……
Take a couple of deep relaxing breaths.

Now visualize a long, long hallway…… The walls and floors are made from golden shining light. …. It is beautiful……………….You are walking true the hall way with an angel beside you…. This angel is your guardian angel…………….. At the end of the hall you see a beautiful carved golden door. ………… This is the doorway to the angelic elevator…. When you and your angel are getting closer you see the doors slowly opening. ………………… Hand in hand with one wing of the angel wrapped around you, you and your angel are stepping in this magical dream elevator……… When you stand in this elevator you feel like your getting bathed in the warmest and purest light you can imagine…. This light is going in every cell of your body…. It feels so warm and peaceful……. You see your angel pushing one of the buttons with his wings….….. Next the button you read “world of dreams” The doors are closing slowly……… you and your angel are rising slowly up to your dreams……. The higher you go, the more peaceful you get………….. Your mind is getting calm and quiet…… You feel very loved ……. If you want to have a particular dream this night now is the time to think about it…………………………………………….

Meditation: Falling a Sleep


This meditation will help you to get a deep sleep

Before you start this meditation and you still feel like you have unfinished tasks, right them down on a piece of paper so you can fully focus on going deep in this meditation and have a well deserved sleep….
Lay down and make shore you are in a good position to fall a sleep….Take several deep breaths, close your eyes. …feel yourself ready to go deep into this meditation…… If you notice your mind beginning to drift or chatter, gently bring your attention back to your breathing…………;

Visualise yourself having a wonderful sleep……..and waking up refreshed tomorrow morning…….

Now focus your attention on your body. …… We are going to do a simple relaxing exercise 3 times that will release all your Tension………….

You look on your map to find your new chalet you just bought and see that it is in the mountains not far away………….the mountains must be behind you……;
When you turn around you can see beautiful horizon of mountains………..you decide to start walking toward the chalet ……..you feel very good about yourself and enjoy being here…………you feeling alive and ad peace……….
It is getting darker…………..you are feeling excited about spending your first night in your new chalet in the mountains…………
The wind is starting to blow harder and harder…………………….;You look behind you ..
In the distance you see and hear a snowstorm coming your way………..
You start walking faster and faster………and can see your chalet is not far anymore………
The snowstorm is catching up……….its getting very cold………….you almost don’t see anything anymore……………….only white everywhere around you…………..

Finally you arrive ad your chalet……………..feeling happy you’ve made it…………you almost thought you where lost………..

During your journey you see a hugh stone staircase……..you decide to follow the stairs……….there bringing you higher and higher…….It is very misty on the mountain and you can not see where the stairs are leading you……………..
You feel very curious…….and focused……………you feel you are getting closer and closer……
You can not believe your eyes…….in front off you is the most beautiful monk temple you have ever seen………….you are being greeted and welcomed………………
One off the monks is asking you to one off the main temples……………..the temple is so beautiful inside……….in front off you see a man sitting very high on a…………..it looks like he is meditating………..
The monk is asking you to sit in front off the man …………………….the place is surrounded with candles……………and you feel very calm and relax……………………………….you feel like you are at home…………….
Suddenly you hear a voice in your mind asking you to close your eyes………………..its like the monk in front off you is talking to you true meditation……………….

Think about 5 other things you are grateful for…….. Types of Meditative Techniques

There are many different ways to meditate. Here I’ll mention some basic categories of meditation techniques so you can understand some of the main options and how they differ from one another. This is not an exhaustive list, but it can give you some ideas.
  • Basic Meditation Techniques: This involves sitting in a comfortable position and just trying to quiet your mind by thinking of nothing. It’s not always easy to do this if you don’t have practice with it. But a good way to begin is to think of yourself as an ‘observer of your thoughts,’ just noticing what the narrative voice in your head says, but not engaging it. As thoughts materialize in your mind, just let them go. That’s the basic idea.

  • Focused Meditation Techniques: With this technique, you focus on something intently, but don’t engage your thoughts about it. You can focus on something visual, like a statue; something auditory, like a metronome or tape of ocean waves; something constant, like your own breathing; or a simple concept, like ‘unconditional compassion’. Some people find it easier to do this than to focus on nothing, but the idea is the same -- staying in the present moment and circumventing the constant stream of commentary from your conscious mind, and allowing yourself to slip into an altered state of consciousness.

  • Activity-Oriented Meditation Techniques: With this type of meditation, you engage in a repetitive activity, or one where you can get ‘in the zone’ and experience ‘flow.’ Again, this quiets the mind, and allows your brain to shift. Activities like gardening, creating artwork or practicing yoga can all be effective forms of meditation.

  • Mindfulness Techniques: Mindfulness can be a form of meditation that, like activity-oriented meditation, doesn’t really look like meditation. It simply involved staying in the present moment rather than thinking about the future or the past. (Again, this is more difficult than it seems!) Focusing on sensations you feel in your body is one way to stay ‘in the now;’ focusing on emotions and where you feel them in your body (not examining why you feel them, but just experiencing them as sensations) is another.

  • Spiritual Meditating: Meditation can also be a spiritual practice. Many people experience meditation as a form of prayer -- the form where God 'speaks,' rather than just listening. That’s right, many people experience ‘guidance’ or inner wisdom once the mind is quiet, and meditate for this purpose. You can meditate on a singular question until an answer comes (though some would say this is engaging your thinking mind too much), or meditate to clear their mind and accept whatever comes that day.
Whichever meditative techniques you use, the potential benefits are clear and numerous, making it one of the more commonly recommended stress management practices.

Meditation is widely recommended as a healthy way to manage stress, and for good reason. It provides many health-enhancing benefits, like reducing symptoms of stress and anxiety, relieving physical complaints like headaches, and even enhancing immunity to illness.

Basics of Meditation:
Meditation can be practiced in many different ways. While there are numerous different meditation techniques, a common thread runs through virtually all meditative techniques:

  • Quiet Mind: With meditation, your thinking mind becomes quiet. You stop focusing on the stressors of your day or your life’s problems, as well as solving these problems. You just let that voice in your head be quiet, which is easier said than done. For example, start thinking about nothing now. (It’s OK; I’ll wait.) If you’re not practiced at quieting your mind, it probably didn’t take long before thoughts crept in.

  • Being In The Now: Rather than focusing on the past or the future, virtually all meditative pracgtices involve focusing on right now. This involves experiencing each moment and letting it go, experiencing the next. This, too, takes practice, as many of us live most of our lives thinking toward the future or relishing and rehashing the past.

  • Altered State of Consciousness: With the quiet mind and focus on the present, comes an altered level of consciousness that isn’t a sleeping state but isn’t quite your average wakeful state, either. Meditation increases brain activity in an area of the brain associated with happiness and positive thoughts and emotions, and some evidence shows that regular practice brings prolonged positive changes in these areas.

Stress Management Basics

No matter what the origin of stress is for you, there are some basic steps you can take to manage stress that you experience. I recommend that people approach stress from three angles:
  • Quick Stress Relief
    While quick stress relievers aren't a complete stress management plan in themselves, they are an excellent first line of defense against the effects of chronic stress. This is because they can help you turn off your body's stress response and respond to the stressors you face from a calm (or calmer), more relaxed place. This helps you to more effectively deal with the stressors you face, and keep yourself healthier at the same time. Common strategies for quick stress relief include breathing exercises or use of humor.

  • Address The Situation
    This step is a little more individualized, but stress management is an important key. As previously discussed, stressed, overwhelmed people aren't always in the best position to solve problems, so once you find yourself in a calmer place, you can work on addressing the issues you face. Relationship stress? Try learning some healthy communication strategies or assertive communication skills. Job stress? Learn to find job satisfaction at your current job, or take steps toward moving to a new one. Money stress? You can handle that, too, with some stress management techniques and financial advice resources.

  • Long-Term Stress Management
    Another important part of a stress management plan is having some regular activities in your life that replenish you and help you become more resilient to the stressors you face in your daily life. Rather than waiting until your stressed and overwhelmed by stress, if you make certain stress-relieving activities a habit, you'll be less reactive to stressors when you experience them, and you'll be more able to handle them when you face them. Some of these habits include meditation, exercise and the regular practice of having fun.

What is Stress ?

We hear the term 'stress' being thrown around so often, we may not realize that people mean different things when they're discussing stress. Just what is stress, and what do people mean by the term?

What Is Stress?

First, and answer to the question, 'What is stress?' The term 'stress' refers to the response you have when facing circumstances that force you to act, change, or adjust in some way to maintain your footing, or to keep things balanced. (The circumstances themselves are known as 'stressors', but we'll have more on them later.)

This stress response, also known as the fight-or-fight response, triggers many involuntary changes in your body, which give you an extra burst of energy so that you can fight or run away from perceived threats. This was a helpful response for us in earlier times, when most of the stresses we faced were physical--this burst of physical energy was needed to keep us alive in many cases. Nowadays, though, more and more of our threats are psychological--job stress, interpersonal conflict, etc.--and this response to stress, which can actually make us think less clearly, isn't always necessary, or even helpful.

Chronic Stress

When you face stressors often, and find that you have little control in these situations, you are at risk of experiencing chronic stress, which can affect your health in may negative ways. Having your stress response activated long-term, and not getting your body back to a state of relaxation can tax your system, leaving you overstimulated and depleted at the same time. Studies on health and stress have shown that stress can be a causal or contributing factor to virtually all major illnesses because chronic stress can lower immunity.

Meditation Compares To Other Stress Reduction Methods

Unlike some medications and herbal therapies, meditation has no potential side effects. People with physical limitations may find it easier to practice than strenuous physical exercise for stress relief, plus, no special equipment is required.

Unlike enlisting the help of a professional, meditation is free. However, it does take discipline and commitment, so some people may find it more difficult to maintain as a habit than methods that enlist the help of someone or something outside themselves for added motivation. Also, some people may find it more difficult to free their minds of the thoughts of the day, and thus find it more difficult than methods like journaling that involve focusing on these events, or methods that in themselves are distracting, like physical exercise or the use of humor.

Pros and Cons Meditation

Meditation is wonderful in that it’s free, always available, and amazingly effective in short-term stress reduction and long-term health. Benefits can be felt in just one session. An experienced teacher isn’t necessary; you can learn to meditate from a book or from the resources on this site.

It does take some practice, however, and some people find it difficult to "get it" in the beginning. It also requires a little patience, and may be difficult for people with little free time (like some stay-at-home mothers who get little privacy from small children). However, the time and effort it takes to learn and practice is well worth it in terms of the benefits it provides.

How Meditation Works

Meditation involves sitting in a relaxed position and clearing your mind. You may focus on a sound, like "ooommm," or on your own breathing, or on nothing at all. It’s necessary to have 10-15 distraction-free minutes to spend. It’s helpful to have silence and privacy, but more practiced meditators can do it anywhere. Many practitioners of meditation attach a spiritual component to it, but it can also be a secular exercise.

The Benefits of Meditation

The benefits of meditation are manifold. When practicing meditation, your heart rate and breathing slow down, your blood pressure normalizes, you use oxygen more efficiently, and you sweat less. Also, your adrenal glands produce less cortisol, your mind ages at a slower rate, and your immune function improves. Your mind also clears and your creativity increases. People who meditate regularly find it easier to give up life-damaging habits like smoking, drinking and drugs.

Overview of Meditation


Throughout the day, when we experience stress, our bodies automatically react in ways that prepare us to fight or run. In some cases of extreme danger, this physical response is helpful. However, a prolonged state of such agitation can cause physical damage to every part of the body.

Meditation affects the body in exactly the opposite ways that stress does, restoring the body to a calm state, helping the body to repair itself, and preventing new damage due to the physical effects of stress.

An Introduction

Meditation is a mental discipline by which one attempts to get beyond the reflexive, "thinking" mind into a deeper state of relaxation or awareness. Meditation often involves turning attention to a single point of reference. It is a component of many religions, and has been practiced since antiquity. It is also practiced outside religious traditions. Different meditative disciplines encompass a wide range of spiritual or psychophysical practices that may emphasize different goals—from achievement of a higher state of consciousness, to greater focus, creativity or self-awareness, or simply a more relaxed and peaceful frame of mind.

The word meditation comes from the Indo-European root med-, meaning "to measure." From the root med- are also derived the English words mete, medicine, modest, and moderate. It entered English as meditation through the Latin meditatio, which originally indicated any type of physical or intellectual exercise, then later evolved into the more specific meaning "contemplation".

Eastern meditation techniques have been adapted and increasingly practiced in Western Culture.
